What we collect

When you use a form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number and details about an aircraft or what you are looking for.

We also record which form you used, the listing you asked about, and when you sent it. We do not use advertising or behavioral analytics on this site.

If a broker sends you a secure link to an aircraft’s logbooks, we record when the link is opened, when you agree to keep the records confidential, and when files are downloaded, along with basic technical information about the connection used.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you and to provide the aircraft sales or acquisition services you ask about.

Service providers

We use service providers to host this website and store its data. They process information on our behalf to run the site.

Our providers are Vercel, which hosts the website; Supabase, which stores the site’s data and files and handles staff sign-in; Cloudflare, which provides the bot check on our forms and stores encrypted backups; Resend, which sends the confirmation email for your message; and Sentry, which monitors the site for technical errors and does not receive the contents of forms.

How long we keep it

We keep the original text of each form submission for 12 months. After that we remove it, keeping only the contact and inquiry records we created from it.

We keep contact and inquiry records for as long as we have a business relationship with you. Records of aircraft sales and other transactions are kept for 7 years after closing. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Backups are kept for up to 30 days, so deleted information may remain in a backup until it expires.
